Commercial owners hide behind LLCs
Many commercial properties are owned by an LLC, so the name on the tax bill isn't a person you can call. Caproll researches the LLC and returns possible contacts for the people associated with it.

Lookup credits pay for searches. Standard uses 1 credit per hit; Enhanced and Business / LLC use 2. Misses and errors use no credits.
- Standard: 1 credit per hit. Possible phones and emails for the owner and associated people on record.
- Enhanced: 2 credits per hit. Everything in Standard, plus associated and historical addresses to cross-check the owner's known addresses and help confirm ownership. 1 additional credit after a paid Standard result.
- Business / LLC: 2 credits per hit. Separate company research by LLC name and state, or for a property's recorded business owner. Possible associated managers, members, officers and registered agents; available phones and emails. Same credit cost as a new Enhanced trace, but different company-focused research.
Buy credits only when you need them:

A registered-agent-only business hit still uses 2 credits; an agent is not necessarily an owner. The exact credit cost is shown before you confirm a trace.
Questions
How much does a Business / LLC lookup cost?
Business / LLC uses 2 credits per validated business-record hit, the same as a new Enhanced trace. It is separate company-focused research, not an Enhanced address lookup. A registered-agent-only hit is still charged and does not verify ownership. Misses and errors are not charged.
What is driving for dollars?
Driving a market to spot properties that may be off-market opportunities, then contacting the owners directly.
Does it work for properties owned by an LLC?
Yes. Search by building address, or by LLC name and state, to find possible contacts associated with the company.
Is finding the property free?
Yes. Finding and confirming a property uses no credits. Credits are charged only when you explicitly run a trace and a hit is found.
Are the phones and emails verified?
No. Results are possible contacts from public and commercial data sources. They may not be current and do not confirm ownership.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Buy lookup credits only when you need them.
